Its fascinating with its completely curvy streets and when you look on a map it reminds Anya of paint by number. It would be fun to bike a fun pattern there sometime!\u00a0 So far we only managed one Strava doodle. Monday into Tuesday was like that, so the adventures were a bit abbreviated in favor of getting something delicious to eat and getting some paint samples to pick a bathroom color.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">After the VA we drove over to Empanadus (see prior post) which continues to get better and better!\u00a0 We had all their vegan empanadas and Bryce sampled the Al Pastor and bean and potato one. We had the apple version for dessert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\">At the end of the night, we chatted with the empanada guys as they were cutting up 15 pounds of onions. Definitely they should have a flavor of the month and we made several possible suggestions.
